What's This About?

In Railway Street, we continue to live-stream our Sunday morning services on YouTube.

Each service streamed has a separate webpage, containing information relating to what is being preached on.

We need those who are speaking in the service to provide this information to allow us to create the webpage.

This information should be provided on or before the Thursday before you are due to speak.

What Do I Need To Provide?

1. A Title

The title should point to what your message is about. It is best kept short.

Note, our styling is to capitalise every word in the title, simply for consistency.

2. The Scripture Passage

Tell us the verses you will be speaking on. There is a button for viewers of the live-stream to click which openes the passage for them to read.

3. A Blurb

This is a short paragraph giving some context to the passage and talk. Think about what you'd read on the back of a book. The reader should get a flavour of what is to come in the message.

4. Main Message Points

If available, provide your main message points, which will be included as a bullet pointed list.

5. An Image

The majority of images you find online have copyright associated with them, we cannot just take and use them for our own purpose.

The exception to this is if you are speaking on behalf of an organisation you represent (Open Doors, Boys' Bridage etc). If this is the case, you may wish to provide a logo for use, but this isn't required.

We use unsplash.com as a library of copyright-free images. Please search Unsplash for an image that suits your theme. Ensure that the image you selected isn't part of Unsplash+ (which is a paid-for image) as we don't have a license.

Once you have selected your image on Unsplash, copy the link to the image (not to the search results because we won't know which one it is). Click into the image, scroll down to the "Share" button, click this and select "Copy link". Paste this link into your email.

If you are providing your own organisation image or logo, ensure this is of sufficiently high quality.

5. Any Assets?

Do you wish to display slides during your message? Whilst these aren't needed for the website, they should also be provided by email. You can send these at the same time as the website information, or separately if you prefer.

Information for presentations can be accessed here.

Where Should I Send This Information?

Send your website service information (and any assets) to av@railwaystreet.org.
