As Jesus draws ever nearer to the cross, we reflect this morning on how he (as the Apostle’s Creed puts it), ‘suffered under Pontius Pilate’.
We see the reality of rejection for Jesus and also for those who follow him.
But reflecting on Jesus’ attitude as he suffered should give us the wisdom and strength to endure and ultimately, like Jesus, to emerge victorious.
